It’s extremely hard to try to follow a healthy lifestyle especially if you are out at restaurant and surrounded with a company who enjoys food without sticking to a healthy lifestyle.

Check The Menu Before You Go:

By knowing what cuisine you’ll be having, it can help you figure out what to order and makes you a pro in picking the right healthy choice.

Skip the word “creamy” or “crunchy” in the menu:

 Creamy typically means heavy dairy or cream, and crunchy typically means fried. Both are loaded with extra calories.

What to eat for Breakfast?

There is a wide variety in every restaurant and it will always depend on which type of restaurant is selected, items to look for on the menu:
Scrambled eggs (or egg whites)
An omelet with veggies (Skip the cheese)
Soft boiled eggs

Veggies – Load up on salad, root veggies, green veggies… whatever your heart desires.

Healthy carbs – Sweet potato or Whole wheat pasta, Rice, quinoa, or brown rice noodles.

Healthy fats – nuts, avocado, fatty fish, and olive oil are all great healthy fats.


 Have a cup of coffee instead. If you are dying for a dessert just have a bite or a spoon and it won’t hurt anyone.
