Look for alcohol-free products or ones that have a small percentage unless you have excessively oily skin. At night, it is best to use a rich moisturizing cream with shea butter or the likes.

Pat the skin gently to dry it after showering then cover it with a thick layer of moisturizing cream in order to lock the water inside the skin. It is recommended to use a rich cream formula during winter to keep your body and hands constantly hydrated. Because washing hands frequently makes the skin dry, apply hand cream after washing each time and use protective gloves when washing the dishes or cleaning the house.
Always remember to use sunscreen every morning, even in winter. It is important to protect the skin from UV rays on cold winter days. Before going outside, apply a moisturizing cream with SPF 15 or higher to all exposed areas of your body and face.
Maintain Healthy Diet
