Have you ever thought about how fasting affects your skin?

However, this is not always the case, you have to keep some habits during Ramadan to get a healthy and glowing skin.

Our 9 advices will help you to take care of your skin.

Enough eye rest

Ramadan is always the month when we change our sleeping habits because we sleep after Fajr Prayer and wake up early for work and this can affect our health and skin.

However, if you managed to get enough rest, and sleep well, this will improve your skin health.

More of H2O

Drink water as much as you can. This is the most important habit to get in Ramadan as we don’t usually have enough time to drink enough water..

Balanced diet

Beside drinking water, your eating habits are very important to keep an eye on.

Try to reduce dairy products, caffeine and sodas, they are not good for your skin.

Nuts and Nuts

After iftar you always crave any kind of snacks. Try to go for nuts as cashews and almonds have a big role in renewing your skin.

Sunscreened skin

If you are going out during Ramadan’s morning, don’t forget to put sunscreen on your skin. It’s really important to cover your skin from the unwanted sun rays.

No-makeup month

In Ramadan, we don’t usually put makeup, we try to give a break for our skin and be natural and simple.

This habit is a good one for your facial skin.

Oily oily

When you are sitting at home during fasting time, try to put some oils on your skin to keep it hydrated.

Always use moisturizer for your face, as it helps get it hydrated.

Natural for masks

Try new masks created by you. Use your home products to create natural ones that help in hydrating your skin.
